Can I extend my 14-day trial period?
Absolutely! If you need more time to explore Multiorders, ping us in the in-app chat and we’ll happily extend it.
What happens when my free trial ends?
At the end of your trial, order import and quantity/product updates are paused. If you buy a plan within 14 days, we’ll resume order import and product updates. After that window, syncing doesn’t resume automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. You can change plans whenever you need. For upgrades, we recommend waiting until you hit your monthly order limit. If you move from 50 to 100 orders/month after using only 30, the 20 unused orders don’t carry over to the new plan.
Can I cancel my account any time and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. We bill monthly or annually in advance. You’re eligible for a full refund within 14 days of upgrading to a paid plan. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
Are there any setup fees?
