Can I extend my 14-day trial period?
Yes! If you feel 14 days are not enough to experience Multiorders, drop us a message in a chat, and we will be happy to extend it.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Orders from your sales channels stop importing, and we stop sending quantity updates to your sales channels. After purchasing the plan, order import and product updates will resume if no more than two weeks pass after the trial end and the plan is purchased.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
We recommend upgrading the plan after you reach your order limit. If you decide to upgrade from a 50 order/month plan to a 100 order plan after using only 30 orders, we will not be transferring 20 remaining orders to your new plan order limit.
Can I cancel my account any time and get a refund?
The service is billed on a monthly or annual basis in advance. The Users are eligible for a full refund for the first 14 days after upgrading to a paid account. In all other circumstances, the service is non-refundable.
Are there any setup fees?
