It is always a pleasure to own an Etsy store. Plenty of features to choose from and interested customers looking for original products to buy. However, sometimes it can get a little bit underwhelming if you would like to have more products and different features in your store.
For this reason, a person creates a second shop on Shopify. A whole new platform to increase sales and reach more people around the world. Of course, together with more customers, there are higher profit margins and higher risks of mismanaging stock and orders.
Multiorders inventory management software
To avoid the confusion, everyone should use Multiorders inventory management software. It allows you to control multiple stores on one dashboard and removes the continuous logging in and out.
All the businesses can just integrate unlimited Shopify and Etsy shops to Multiorders and never worry about the inventory or customer management issues anymore.
After completing the integration process Shopify and Etsy will be synchronised automatically.
Synchronise Shopify and Etsy stores
Since this process sounds complicated, you probably have questions about how to integrate those shops. And then, how to synchronise Shopify and Etsy stores with each other? That is a very straightforward process. Just follow the steps below.
Shopify store integration
- Log in to Multiorders.
- Go to Integrations.
- On the right-hand side find the Shopify icon and click on it.
- A pop up will appear. Fill in your shop name and a display name.
- Click on Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Shopify login page. Fill in the details there.
- You will be redirected back to Multiorders with the Shopify integration in progress. After around 10 minutes the integration will be over. Then you will see all of your inventory in the Inventory table.
Etsy Integration
- Log in to Multiorders.
- Go to Integrations.
- On the right-hand side find the Etsy Icon.
- Click on it.
- In the pop up that appears, choose the display name.
- Check the box at the bottom that says “Merge products with identical SKU”. Then, choose your Shopify store from the dropdown.
- Click Connect.
- It will redirect you to the Etsy Login page. Fill in the information and click Log in.
- A page asking for access permission will appear. Press Allow Access.
- Afterwards, you will be redirected back to Multiorders with the integration working.
If you did not check the box to merge products with the same SKU you can now do it manually. Once you complete the integration process, Multiorders will synchronise Shopify and Etsy automatically.
