However, a much better option is to send purchase orders from the same software you use for inventory management. In Multiorders you can create purchase orders by clicking one button. Since it has the capability to keep a record of all of your suppliers, all you need to do is click Create PO and select the appropriate supplier for your product.
Multiorders will automatically fill in their contact details. All you have to do is choose which item you need and how many of it. Once you click Raise Order, the software will send an email to your supplier.
