Finally, in the drop-down menu, you can select “Contact Buyer”.
2. The refund for electronic payments
This means that you have to log in to your Paypal account to send a refund on eBay. There you can find the “Refund Payment” section. Keep in mind, that this option has a timeframe. It is only available for 60 days after the transaction is completed. So, if the transaction you want to refund on eBay occurred more than 60 days ago, you should do it through “Send Money”.
