Items can either be merged automatically based on similar SKU’s or by hand. If your items don’t have SKU’s assigned, you can still merge them by clicking on an item you want to merge. In the product window that opens up, click on “Merge” in the top right corner. Select the items you want to merge to this product and click Merge.
Can I merge items from the same marketplace?
No, but You can use bundling to connect them together and keep track of your stock that way.
What are tags and how do I use them?
Tags are filterable keywords associated with records (products, purchase orders, sales orders, contacts) that can help you find information easily and enhance search.
You can create tags from the account settings page. In Multiorders, tags are color-coded labels. While adding tags, you can select a specific color for every tag.
Can I delete multiple products at once?
Yes you can. Go to Settings->Account and enable mass delete under Options.
If I change my SKU’s in store will they sync in Multiorders?
If you change your SKU’s in store, after the next sync those SKU’s will get updated for all products in Multiorders.
Is it possible to update inventory on Multiorders via an FTP?
No, but You can upload a CSV file directly to Multiorders
Does Multiorders support 2-way communication with Shopify?
2-way communication is possible with all of our integrations. Changes to inventory and pricing made in Multiorders will affect Shopify almost instantly, changes made in Shopify will appear on Multiorders on the next sync, which can take up to 15 minutes. But, local orders created on Multiorders will not appear on Shopify order list.
Do you support Pick and Pack?
Each inventory item can have barcode information, but we don’t have support for barcode scanning yet, which is necessary for Pick and Pack functions.
Does Multiorders reduce stock level on Shopify when an item is sold on eBay and the other way around?
It does if your products are merged.
How do we list to eBay and Shopify?
Manually for now. Multiorders only imports products that are listed in your stores. Listing is in our plans and it should be available in the first half of 2020
